SITU Research participates in a multi-disciplinary roundtable on open source investigations at The Hague

April 12th 2019

Joining legal practitioners, academics and investigators at the Hague in April, partner Brad Samuels participates in a roundtable discussion to develop new international protocols to guide online, open source investigations occurring around the world. Brad will share SITU Research’s work using citizen-documented footage to expose human rights violations and discuss the firm’s experience collecting and navigating this material.

This symposium is organized by the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley and sponsored by the Grotius Center for International Studies at Leiden University and the International Bar Association War Crimes Committee.
