At Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy’s annual conference SITU presents our Graycliff Visitor Center

October 15th 2021

The Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy facilitates the preservation of historic FLW-designed buildings. At their annual conference, we will join our design collaborators at Hamilton Houston Lownie Architects (HHL) to present our redesign of a visitor center for Buffalo’s historic Graycliff Estate.

The Graycliff Conservancy tapped our team, which also includes Bayer Landscape Architecture, to create a new visitor center integrated within an extensive landscape strategy that incorporates multiple parts of the estate into a cohesive experience. Beyond engaging with the site’s rich history, our design for the new center will also create a place for the Conservancy to grow as a contemporary cultural institution—engaging broader audiences and hosting a wider range of programs.
