"...A sense of inventiveness is evident throughout the show. Adamson pointed to performance pieces from Yoko Ono, as well as plinths by SITU Studio that were made out of concrete fabric, or textiles filled with dry concrete and drenched over armatures.

'This is a material that’s usually used in infrastructure, like lining the bottom of an irrigation ditch,' Adamson said. 'They realized it could be repurposed to do this amazing sculptural work.'"
