"Crime Scene: Bucha” nominated for the 44th News & Documentary Emmy Awards in two categories
August 28th 2023We are pleased to share the news that “Crime Scene: Bucha” has been nominated for the 44th News & Documentary Emmy Awards in two categories: Outstanding Investigative News Coverage: Long Form and Outstanding Research: News. The documentary short aired last December as part of special programming tracking Russia’s war crimes in Ukraine.
The Emmy Awards honor the work of dedicated professionals working at the highest level of the broadcast journalism and documentary filmmaking professions. We are humbled that “Crime Scene Bucha”has been recognized by the Committee.The 15-minute video investigation is a collaboration with The Associated Press, PBS Frontline, the Ukrainian citizen research group Jus Talionis, and producer/editor Jon Nealon.
